By accessing and utilizing the ResumeAI platform, a proprietary service of AXONIC S.R., you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions.

ResumeAI provides automated career data analysis powered by artificial intelligence. The "Tactical Score" and associated analysis are generated using deterministic ATS parsing algorithms to evaluate resume compliance. These insights are intended for professional development and informational purposes only.

The proprietary analysis algorithms and the ResumeAI brand architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of AXONIC S.R. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, or automated scraping of the platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Financial Terms & Refund Policy

Access to the "Deep Neural Audit (PRO)" tier requires a one-time service fee (₹299 or $49). Payments are processed via secure manual UPI transfer or PayPal. Due to the immediate delivery of digital intelligence and proprietary analysis, all service fees are non-refundable once the professional audit has been initiated.

5. Data Submission & Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload the documents provided. AXONIC S.R. reserves the right to terminate access for users found to be uploading malicious code, fraudulent information, or violating data privacy standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

AXONIC S.R. shall not be held liable for any career-related decisions, loss of opportunity, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the ResumeAI platform.

7. Jurisdictional Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be conducted within the appropriate jurisdictional courts of our primary business location.
